Responsible for oversight of the Process Control department, which includes being responsible for selection, installation, application, and utilization of process control and optimization applications in the operating processes, and developing, implementing, and maintaining target performance for Advanced Process Control (APC) applications.
Develop and execute plans for improving existing applications, and implementing new APC’s, implementing long-term support strategies for the Delta V programs and Alarm Management, and ensuring development and implementation of capital and non-capital improvements and applications that will generate earnings, reduce energy consumption, and improve process stability.
Review and support Safety Instrumented System (SIS) development, installation, and maintaining existing SIS’s.
