Impact Solutions is Hiring a Process Control Manager Near Lemont, IL
Responsible for oversight of the Process Control department, which includes being responsible for selection, installation, application, and utilization of process control and optimization applications in the operating processes, and developing, implementing, and maintaining target performance for Advanced Process Control (APC) applications.
Develop and execute plans for improving existing applications, and implementing new APC’s, implementing long-term support strategies for the Delta V programs and Alarm Management, and ensuring development and implementation of capital and non-capital improvements and applications that will generate earnings, reduce energy consumption, and improve process stability.
Review and support Safety Instrumented System (SIS) development, installation, and maintaining existing SIS’s.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related degree plus 10 years of job-related experience (15 years preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively communicate in refinery and Process Control areas
- Detailed knowledge of refining processes and economics of the refinery is required
- Valid Drive's License required
- Candidates must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credentials Card)
